Account deletion

Delete everything, for good

Nothing of yours is left. How to delete your ERA record from the app — or without it.

Last updated: 25 September 2026

Everything you wrote in ERA is yours, and deleting it is one door in the app. It is not taking a break: your evenings, your record, everything ERA learned are deleted, and cannot be brought back. Take a copy first if you want one.

From the app

  1. Open You, the third tab.
  2. Near the foot of the page, tap Delete everything, for good.
  3. Take a copy first if you want one — the whole record, on one page, to keep.
  4. Tap Yes — delete everything.

It happens at once: your sign-in and every row of yours are deleted from ERA’s store, and the phone forgets you. If you ever come back, it starts at the door — as if we had never met.

What stays, and where

A membership is the store’s to stop — Apple’s or Google’s subscriptions page, one tap on You opens it; deleting your record does not stop it, so do that first if you have one. The store keeps your purchase history, as every store does. Nothing of your words is kept anywhere after the deletion.

Without the app

Write to us and say which sign-in you used (Apple or Google); we confirm it is you, and everything is deleted the same way within 30 days.

Use the developer contact on ERA’s page in the App Store or Google Play.

ERA is written for adults. It is not a doctor and never diagnoses.
